A single Aircune account may be used across compatible Aircune products and services.

The same credentials that you use to access Aircune Drive may also be used to access other current or future Aircune applications that support unified authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed using your account.

Aircune Drive enables users to connect supported cloud storage providers and manage their cloud files through a unified interface.

Available features may include:

• Connecting cloud storage providers
• Browsing files and folders
• Uploading and downloading files
• Creating and managing folders
• Moving, copying, renaming, and deleting files
• Searching cloud content
• Managing multiple cloud accounts

Features may change, be modified, or be discontinued without prior notice.

Aircune Drive integrates with third-party cloud providers, including services such as Google Drive and other supported providers.

Your use of those services remains subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective provider.

Aircune is not responsible for the availability, policies, security, or functionality of third-party services.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
• Upload or distribute malicious software.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or account.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
• Circumvent security or authentication mechanisms.
• Reverse engineer or exploit the Services except where permitted.
• Use automated systems that negatively affect platform performance.
• Violate the rights of others.

You remain solely responsible for all content stored, uploaded, or managed through your connected cloud accounts.

All software, source code, designs, branding, trademarks, logos, documentation, graphics, and other materials provided by Aircune Technologies remain the exclusive property of Aircune Technologies or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of the files, folders, and other content stored in your connected cloud storage accounts.

Aircune does not claim ownership of your content.

You grant Aircune only the limited rights necessary to provide the Services you request.

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted Services.

However, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
• Create security risks.
• Violate applicable laws.
• Harm the operation of the Services or other users.

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and process your information.

Certain features or subscription plans may require payment.

If paid Services are introduced, applicable pricing, billing terms, renewal conditions, taxes, and refund policies will be communicated before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aircune Technologies, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
